Our therapists have training in a variety of modalities, and are always attending training and continuing education classes. Our clients help fuel our passion and curiosity to learn new skills.

Amy became a licensed therapist in Michigan after completing the Medical Massage Therapy program at Blue Heron Academy in Grand Rapids, and has been licensed in New York since 2019. She is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, with additional education pertaining to cosmetic and plastic surgery, allowing her to effectively reduce pain and swelling in clients post-surgery and/or injury.

Using techniques from modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, Craniosacral, positional release (SMRT), and others she tailors each client’s massage to their specific needs. Working as a teacher for several years, having extremely knowledgeable instructors from massage school, continuing education instructors, and fellow therapists have all played important roles in how Amy approaches her work and relationships with her clients. Asking questions, sharing experiences, and continuing to learn new skills helps her to grow as a therapist.

I fell and broke my ankle, requiring surgery. After surgery I completed months of physical therapy but still experience swelling and fluid in my ankle. Amy suggested lymphatic drainage therapy. What a game changer! Every time I see her, she is able to dramatically decrease the swelling and fluid in my ankle along with decreasing pain and increasing mobility. This has been a huge help in my continuing recovery. ~Gillian H.

Kirsten was fantastic! She really took the time to understand what my problem areas are and she went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience, and I can't thank her enough!

Jennifer is a graduate of Center For Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. She has been practicing massage for 4 years and licensed for 2. Jennifer first became interested in massage after her daughter, who is disabled, had a massage and saw the results of how relaxed her arm was after receiving massage. This sparked her interest in wanting to learn more, in hopes of helping her daughter and healing others. Jennifer specializes in Sports Massage, Swedish, Shiatsu and Reflexology. She is also skilled at using massage to help infants (relaxing them to help with sleep, constipation, colic, teething and sinuses).

Jennifer is described by friends as loving, funny, kind and dependable. In addition to Massage, Jennifer is a full time mother and teacher. Her favorite hobby is horseback riding. She enjoys going out for sushi with friends and family. When Jennifer is not working you can find her home, relaxing with her children.

Jenny is amazing. I felt so relaxed after my massage and I can't wait to schedule my next session! ~Sheila M.
